Digital Communication Consent Form

I consent to communicate digitally with my property owner regarding all matters pertaining to my apartment lease, lease renewal, maintenance requests, and any and all other issues or needs which may arise between property owner and resident, including communications as required by Asbury Park Ordinance 2021-40.

Property owner and tenant agree that electronic signatures shall be binding, and shall represent the intent of the parties to be bound and shall not be subject to challenge by any party on the basis that they are not original ink & paper hard copy signatures.
